Production Process

Seven steps, one standard.

Order size doesn't change the backbone: every order moves through the same defined line, and you always know where yours stands.

Step by Step

From inquiry to delivery.

Structured process, clear communication, reliable follow-up. Here is what that means in practice, step by step.

  1. STEP 01

    Inquiry

Send your product, target quantity and timeline by form, e-mail or WhatsApp. We reply with specific questions about your product.

  2. STEP 02

    Brief & Tech Pack Review

We go through your tech pack or brief in detail: materials, measurements, tolerances, packing. Open points are resolved before anything is priced.

  3. STEP 03

    Sampling

Swatch and sample work is prepared for your approval. Production starts only on a sample you have approved, and that sample stays the reference throughout.

  4. STEP 04

    Material Planning

Fabric and trims are planned against the approved sample; you receive a confirmed price and a delivery schedule. An accepted plan binds both sides.

  5. STEP 05

    Production Follow-Up

Cutting to packing, production runs on the agreed calendar. You get status updates at critical stages. If anything shifts, you hear it from us first.

  6. STEP 06

    Quality Check

In-line checks during cutting and sewing, then an AQL-based final inspection: color, measurements and stitching are compared against the approved sample.

  7. STEP 07

    Shipment Coordination

Packing and labeling are completed to your requirement. We hand over to your forwarder or organize delivery, with the document flow coordinated for export.

Working Standard

What you can expect at every step.

  • A written quote before work starts
  • An approved sample as the single reference
  • Status updates at critical stages
  • Delays and deviations flagged as soon as they appear
  • Inspection results recorded; report on request
  • The same contact from inquiry to delivery
