Quality & Compliance

Four checkpoints, fabric to packed goods.

Quality here is four checkpoints, not a promise: the incoming fabric, the line, an AQL final check, and a record you can ask to see.

Quality Approach

Four checkpoints.

01

Incoming Inspection

Fabric and trims are checked before they enter production: meterage, weight, shade variation and visible-defect scanning happen at this stage. Faulty inputs do not enter production.

02

In-Line Control

Intermediate checks run during cutting and sewing. The goal is simple: catch a fault when it occurs, not at the end of the batch.

03

Final Inspection

Before shipment, the batch is inspected on an AQL sampling basis; color, measurements and stitching quality are compared against the approved sample.

04

Records & Reporting

Inspection results are recorded. Buyers who request it receive a batch-based inspection report, and the same standard carries into the next order.

Inspection Criteria

What we check, and against what.

Inspection follows defined criteria, not personal taste. The reference is always the approved sample and the tolerance values agreed with you.

Color & shade
Compared against the approved sample and swatch card
Weight & measurements
Checked against the size chart and agreed tolerances
Stitching quality
Stitch density, cleanliness and strength
Wash behavior
Shrinkage and twisting values monitored
Trims
Function and durability of zippers, buttons and labels
Packing
Labeling, folding and carton layout to requirement

Sustainability

Sustainability in practice.

We treat sustainability as a natural result of production discipline. Our current work gathers under three headings.

Efficient planning

Accurate meterage calculation and planned production reduce fabric waste and overproduction. The first step of sustainability is planning without waste.

Responsible sourcing

We prioritize traceable, documented sources in supplier selection — and carry our buyers' certificate requirements into the supply chain.

Long-lasting products

Durable fabric and solid making-up extend product life. Every product that stays in use longer means less waste.

Certification & Compliance

Certification and compliance details will be added once confirmed. Up-to-date information on compliance documents is shared on request. If your order carries specific certificate requirements (for example ecological or organic standards), state them at the quote stage and the sourcing plan is built accordingly.

Quote & Sampling

Let's define your quality requirements.

Share your criteria and tolerance expectations at the quote stage; the control plan is set before production starts.
